Ashley Judd Would Like You To Know That Her Sinus Surgery Was Intense.

What does that even MEAN? She was ASLEEP during surgery, for crying out loud. It wasn’t intense for HER.  And it was probably outpatient.  And she’s currently tweeting about how her mom is reading Aesop’s fables to her and feeding her pie.  Yeah.  That sounds INCREDIBLY INTENSE.

You know what’s going to be intense? Junior Mock’s surgery on the 13th of this month, when the surgeon slices open his back to remove several kidney stones, including one that is 19mm. Intense is when the hospital calls two weeks in advance to get my consent to allow Junior Mock to receive a blood transfusion, which is apparently expected in this type of surgery. Intense is trying to figure out how I’m going to move him from his hospital bed to his wheelchair to get him home after he’s been hospitalized for 3 days MINIMUM, without disturbing his wound or the drainage tube which will apparently be sticking out of him for a week. Intense is not being able to explain to him why I’ve had to put him in pain AGAIN, in the hopes that it will help us avoid future pain and complications from these stupid kidney stones. Intense is that agonizing wait for him to smile post-surgery.

So yeah – Ashley Judd and her stupid deviated septum can suck it.

Yes she can suck it! B****!

I hate to tell her but she will still be puffy because her mother is puffy and that is even after she had plastic surgery.

Wynonna is the best looking and most talented and she should run form those two.

    She is a narcissistic bitch!

I wanna snuggle Junior. Having suffered from recurring kidney stones myself, I know what kind of pain he’s in. I have a special place for him in my prayers and thoughts because my cousin, James, also suffers from CP. Junior has the very same puppydog eyes that James has and it makes me all gushy 😀

Out of curiosity, is there a reason why they can’t just blast his stones with ultrasonic waves? Mine were such that I had to have a stint put in (while pregnant, no less)’cause they were shredding my ureter, but they were able to blast a couple of particularly large ones after my son was born.

Anyways, in honor of you suffering as a momma watching your kiddo go through crap and not being able to just go through it yourself, I am going to print out this pic of Ashley, affix it to my long bag, and punch the ever-living @#$%@ out of it. She’ll need to re-do that nose job if there’s any truth to voodoo.

I’m so sorry to hear this, Mock. Will be praying for Jr. Mock and you and the rest of your family.

Assley doesn’t know what intense is. My boss’ baby son has been in the hospital for over a week and will remain there for at least 12 more days because he wouldn’t put on any weight. He is three months old and weighs the same he did when he was born. He has a feeding tube and a chest tube. My boss and her husband have to drive over an hour one-way every day to see him, taking turns who spends the night with him and who takes their other two small boys home.

THAT is intense. My coworker’s wife was diagnosed with terminal liver cirrhosis. She might not live the rest of the year. THAT is intense. My former coworker fell off a ladder and broke his leg and back. THAT is intense.

And those stories are only from the last week or so. She really needs a reality check.

Oh, poor Junior Mock! All these surgeries must make your heart break every single time, Mock. As a parent, we don’t want to see our children suffer, but sometimes it is necessary to prevent further suffering. I do hope that his surgery goes well. Please let us know! He’s such a doll, and his smiles always light up my day.

As for Ashley–I couldn’t agree with you more. 😛

Assley Judd indeed needs a reality check. My husband was diagnosed with colon cancer and lung cancer October of 2006, 3 days before our move from CA to AZ. Intense and very scary indeed. Since then my husband has two surgeries and at this point he is cancer free and every day is a blessing. She would not know intense if it slapped her in the face. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest her crotch! Thanks for letting me vent.

I’m NOT goingto spend a lot of time thinking of AJ’s surgery. I AM going to spend a lot of time thinking of Jr’S surgery. Keep us posted please Mock.

Just when I think my hatred of Assley Judd has run its course, you suck me back in Mockarena, with this blistering, beautiful, RIGHTEOUS post. You are so effing right. Just as she dares to claim that she was sexually abused because some dirty old man put her on his lap and tried to french kiss her when she was little, and she was forced to hear her parents having sex through thin apartment walls, and some guy asked her for a blow job when she was modeling in Japan … and thinks this makes her somehow a SISTER to women who have suffered the horrors of rape and mutilation and forced prostitution… so she elevates her own suffering because she had ELECTIVE SURGERY UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA ON HER STUPID NOSE.

Gawd, I wish your blog let us swear because I feel a blue streak coming on.

But enough about her. Have I told you how much I admire you? And adore your beautiful family from afar? You know who the heroes are in this world? Not Dario Franchitto for winning the Indy 500 or – as she ridiculously tweeted – for being photographed KISSING THEIR DOG (that makes him a hero in her eyes) … The heroes in this world are the Mockarenas who quietly show up for life every day and do their best and don’t complain, in circumstances that would test the best of us. And are CHEERFUL, and HAPPY, and LOVING, and FUNNY.

Yesterday I was surfing the Mock Dock and clicked on one of the three “you might also like” links on the page, and came across the absolutely beatific, luminescent video of Junior Mock’s joy when he was reunited with his caretaker. My heart melted.

I hope Jr. Mock’s surgery goes great, please keep us posted.

Y’all have me getting teary over these comments. So so so nice.

Angelaknits – I SO wish they would just do the ultrasound blast, but the docs have insisted it’s too dangerous because the 19mm stone is so large that the blast would likely just cause it to break into smaller pieces but not disintegrate altogether, meaning he’d then end up having to PASS a lot of those pieces, and that pain would apparently be excruciating. So this way, they go in, completely sweep out his kidney, and hope that there are no fragments left behind whatsoever.

At least, that’s how my layperson mind processed it. 🙂

Hannah – I am so happy you found that video of Junior – I love that one so much. I need to go re-watch it!! 🙂 Thank you for the high praise, but I’m not doing anything special. I just love him, is all.

I never comment on this site (although it totally cracks me up and makes me smile), but I just wanted to say that I’m praying for you, your family and Junior Mock. Hopefully this surgery is the last he has for a long time. Please let us know how he’s doing!

  • Hannah955

Mock, you should mock her latest tweet about how she’s going to lecture people on Family Planning at the London School of Economics this fall.

    Her qualifications?

She’s childless – and probably barren (I still think those “steroids for a sinus infection” were fertility treatments).

She goes to sub-Saharan Africa and suggests that the solution to grinding poverty and starvation is for these people to STOP HAVING CHILDREN.

She’s on record as saying “it’s unconscionable to breed.”

Oh, and how’s this for hypocrisy? She hugs prostitutes and sex workers in brothels in Cambodia, and acts like she’s the sister they never had, someone who FEELS their PAIN. But when a victim of sexual abuse and incest tweets her about speaking at a fundraiser for her women’s center, she thanks her for the honor but says she’s “on sabbatical.” A week later it’s announced that she’s going to address Planned Parenthood of Indiana in December. And according to a web site where “celebrities” advertise their speaking services – her speaking fee starts at $50,001 and goes up from there. I guess she’s “on sabbatical” when some survivor of abuse in her own country asks for her help, but not when she’ll make tens of thousands of dollars and get lots of media attention.

ashley is a narcissistic hound from hell. If anyone on earth cares that she had “sinus” surgery, they’re morons.

Praying for Junior Mock’s successful surgery and for you all to get through it with no complications and as little pain as possible. This must be so hard, and I truly admire the way you handle all of the things your guy has to go through. ashley judd would have scheduled a world tour to promote herself if she were in the same circumstances as you.

“She’s on record as saying “it’s unconscionable to breed.””

Do you think she applied that to Wynonna’s kids?

I think it is unconscionable for Ashley to breed…

  • Hannah955

Burning Eyeballs, yeah, you gotta wonder how Wynonna felt about that statement. Of course, in Assley’s continuing quest to be the special-ist Judd child, one way to one-up her supernova half-sister Wynonna, is to spin her own childlessness as morally superior.

When in fact it’s either because she’s BARREN (love that word, so biblical), or a choice she made because she is too selfish to devote herself for 18+ years to the care and nurturing of another human being, and DEFINITELY too selfish to split Dario’s attention with a child.

Because she’s certainly no fun to be around. If ever two people were incompatible it’s her and Dario, who strikes me as down-to-earth, funny, easy-going, and someone who likes nothing better than to go down to the local pub for a pint with his friends and family.

If she had a child, Dario would dote on it. And being as how she’s pathologically narcissistic, I’m sure the kid would want to spend more time with Daddy than with Mommy.

  • Dani

UGH! She is so annoying. I had sinus surgery when I was 14 years old, and I was just fine. Surgery of any kind isn’t fun, but let’s be honest, sinus surgery is pretty low on the list of intense surgeries. If my 14 year old self was fine 12 hours later, I’m sure she will get over it too.

I am sorry to hear that Junior Mock will have to have more surgery. I hope that things go well for you all and that it gives him the relief that he needs and deserves.
