Eeew is right. His arms look red and inflamed, not healthy and strong. They look like they’re huge zits.
I think he is having some sort of reaction to something, and that they are swollen and fat. As we all know, fat deposits in odd places on some people.
if you put both of those together, they are bigger than his chest!

He looks like he’s wearing arm floaties!
This looks like something I saw on tv a few years ago. They were featuring some men who were injecting some sort of steroid/growth hormone into there biceps enlarging them to disgustingly massive proportions. They also showed one guy who got an infection in said muscles and ended up having to have the muscles cut away so he wouldn’t die. Left him *real* pretty.
As a former athelte who lived in a weight room, this can’t be real. You cannot see the bicept at all, it’s either photoshoped, synthetic trickery or some sort of reaction to an injection of something I would not want to get near.
Looks a little like Lymphedemia. Sometimes a person’s limbs will get super hugely swollen. Like freakishly huge. My stepmom used to work on patients that had this condition. I don’t know if this is what it is, I’m not a doctor and I don’t know this guy; but I don’t think it’s normal muscle growth. His hand looks weird and waxy.
