In comparison to her size, she had relatively small breasts. You don’t see that on landbeasts too often.
My first thought upon seeing this massive woman; paint her blue and she’s the blueberry girl from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!
My second thought was; so THIS is how people who get this hugely obese get that way. The man is decidedly not feeding her massive plates of veggies and healthy stuff to get her down to a handleable weight. In fact, it’s sad that he has to “lean” on her belly just to reach her mouth! It appears that she cannot reach it by herself any longer.
This is sad. I would call this not enabling but abuse.
Tina, yes that’s exactly what came to my mind: this poor woman is clearly being ABUSED by that man! He is restraining her and FORCING her to eat platefuls of greasy fried foods and what looks like some kind of chocolate dessert – turtle bars??
And she is not enjoying it ONE BIT!

Tina and Lyonella, it’s not abuse. It’s enabling. She’s asked for it, and she’s enjoying it. It’s as much her fault as it is his.
Wow this is quite sad. It’s usually the woman who’s all maternal and feel the need to feed.
At any rate, I suppose this is the only way that guy could make her happy at this point. And she really must’ve had some small boobs prior to getting this big because they aren’t that big for a woman of her size as it is. Though I suspect she’s a bit of a pear shape.
